The H.265 Cameras feature massive 2K Sensors, double the resolution of standard 1080p and are equipped with a built-in microphone for audio streaming and recording. The cameras are built for the outdoors capable of handling temperatures as hot as 140F and as cold as -40F. The “RUCD28-1” dome camera features a 2.8mm fixed lens for super wide field of view coverage. It also comes equipped with 18 IR LEDs that will illuminate the scene up to 75’ in total darkness. The “RUCB36-1A” Bullet Camera features IR anti reflection glass and a 3.6mm fixed lens for a wide field of view coverage. The built-in Professional Grade “OSRAM” LEDs strongly illuminate the scene up to an unprecedented 100’ in total darkness. H.265 Compression
Compared with H. 264, the greatest strength of H. 265 is that it has a higher compression ratio, which can be discerned from its name. H.265 is also called HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding), and the primary use is to further reduce the design flow rate, in order to lower the cost of storage and transmission.

I was skeptical at first. This system has the highest resolution on the market and is cheaper than other comparable systems. I decided to take the plunge and purchased it. I was extremely pleased with the video quality. It's even better than 1080p. I can digitally zoom in on a recording and get details I wouldn't normally get without a zoom camera.

I've watched news casts showing grainy images and wondered if that's the best that can be recorded. This new ultra system with PoE camera connection was super simple to install. Just run one provided cat5 cable per camera and that's it. If you have a drill, access to your attic, a ladder and basic skills, you can do it. Setup on my home network required I upgrade my internet service to provide at least 5 Mbps upload speed but after that has been great. The images are super, the night vision is incredible. I still have trouble setting up motion detection so there is some learning and trial and error. If you are thinking about a video security system really consider buying the best resolution you can afford. Luckily this Ultra system is also competitively priced against its lower resolution competition. I did upgrade my ever to 4 TB storage because these HD camera use a lot of storage space. I am very happy with this system and would recommend to anyone looking for this type of product. I look forward to seeing a couple HD camera options in the near future but these fixed focus camera are still great for just about any location and they are small and sleek looking which blend into the house mostly undetectable.loved the most
