S.M.A.R.T. technology enables the system to monitor its own health and alert the user of any malfunction. Installed this 6 camera unit in less than 5 hours. First time ever installing a security camera system. Fished walls and ran cat 5 through attic. Unit works as promised. Did have to contact Revo support. Couldn't say anything bad about this support team, they we're all super great and wait time was less than 2 minutes. Got this system because you can add two cameras in the future if you want but that wont be necessary at this resolution 6 cameras is all you need to cover a decent sized home.loved the most
