REVO ULTRA 1080p 4x Optical Zoom PTZ Camera with Two-Way Audio, Siren and Strobe Lights

The strobe light and siren does work if you have a revo nvr you need to go to the alarm menu and under human detection and draw out the area where you want the detection and enable. I also had issues with adding the camera to the nvr with poe it did not find it until i plugged in a power cord to the camera with the poe connection. Once it found it you can unplug the power cord. This camera works pretty well so far. Still trying to figure out the auto guard and how presets work trying to figure out if this can move around on its own.

I upgraded to this 16ch unit and used the older cameras and hard drive

Works great. I love the app.

Takes me only a few mins to look back and find what I wanted to find.

Might upgrade to the 32ch and bigger drive some day .:)

Don’t waste your time with any other brand. I will allways buy and recommend REVO America. Period

Cameras work fine, delivery time good, packing not so much box arrived with bottom had been cut open.

I use the Revo Ultra 16 ch at home and have been installing the 8,16,32, and 64 channel units for clients for over two years now. Excellent quality and features. My customers are very satisfied.

I first purchased the RU41B4E-1T System to see how the quality and bang for my buck was before purchasing a higher end system from Revo. First impressions were outstanding! Came with everything I needed to get the install done and the final results were above my expectations in terms of overall satisfaction. So then I purchased the RU162B8E-2T System to expand on and the results were mixed with this purchase. The NVR and cameras were excellent quality and felt professional. However, the data cable that comes with typical systems like this are indeed fake, misadvertised, and/or misleading. The Cat 5e cables are not double shielded nor are they up to UL standards. They lack the number of twists and are made of stranded Aluminum!! The quality of this cable could damage or possibly degrade the overall performance of the system. My best advice would be to buy bulk bare copper Cat 6 or higher cabling and install it for the cameras and networking. Especially if it is PoE cameras like my system. The NVR and cameras are solid and basically your money is paying for that equipment alone. Everything else is courtesy equipment that they give you to get your system started. Use the best quality products with the NVR and cameras and they should go a long way for your return investment.

I am happy with the system

Installed this 6 camera unit in less than 5 hours. First time ever installing a security camera system. Fished walls and ran cat 5 through attic. Unit works as promised. Did have to contact Revo support. Couldn't say anything bad about this support team, they we're all super great and wait time was less than 2 minutes. Would highly recommend this product.

I have now had this system several months. Like others, I had never heard of Revo. I took a chance and it has exceeded my expectations. Picture quality is high quality and night continues to amaze me. Customer support is outstanding. They stand by their product. When you call, someone will answer without a long delay. Support is very knowledgeable and extremely polite. If you are looking for a system for your home, I would 100% recommend this product. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

I have this camera on the front of my house and the audio can pick up conversations 75 feet away. This is perfect for my surveillance system.
