Have been a Revo customer for years. Just decided to upgrade to the IP system-- love it. One problem though-- the dome cameras can't be setup in direct weather as they cloud up. Put up two and both did it-- replaced with bullet cameras and they work great.
We also had a issue with one of the replacement bullet camera-- Contacted Revo customer service and a new one was sent immediately.
